FOREST GIN 42% ABV
Forest gin in an exceptional multi-award winning spirit which is distilled in small batches. The ingredients are ground by hand in a pestle and mortar, before being distilled. The alcohol vapours and flavoursome oils from the botanical reaches of our copper condenser, where they are immediately cooled. The fragrant spirit is then blended with our spring water to create London dry gin of the highest quality.

Sipsmiths London dry gin is distilled from the finest English wheat spirit with 10 carefully selected botanicals and blended with the exceptionally pure water of Lydwell spring, the source of the River Thames. MARTIN MILLER'S GIN 40% ABV
Martin Miller’s gin is distilled in pots stills and shipped to Iceland where it is mixed with Icelandic spring water, it is flavoured with Tuscan juniper, cassia bark, angelica, Florentine orris, coriander, and Saville citrus peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and liquice root.
TARQUIN'S CORNISH DRY GIN 42% ABV
An exotic world spanning botanical basket makes Tarquin’s gin. Orris root from morocco, green cardamom seed from Guatemala, cinnamon from Madagascar and Devon violets from the distiller’s garden in Cornwall. Southwestern Distillery produce small batches of their artisan Tarquin’s gin using their flame-fired copper pot still called Tamar, goddess of the Tamar. Then bottled by hand and sent off the world.
TARQUIN'S SEADOG 57% ABV
Tarquin’s Seadog has all the flavours of their award winning Cornish gin, but at a higher strength for true seadogs to enjoy. Apart from being stronger the only difference between Seadog and the original Cornish gin is a light pink grapefruit flavour. Their copper still curiously produces fantastically dry and aromatic gin. Victoria’s Rhubarb gin is a rumbustious drink with a big burst of rhubarb; smooth and earthy with an exquisite fruity balance of sweet and sour.
