We believe in using seasonal, locally sourced produce where possible to deliver simple yet innovative dishes. With daily deliveries from our suppliers, our menu is as fresh as it can be and changes often. From time to time we may run out of some ingredients but this is because we don't believe in keeping large stocks that will lose freshness. Our bread is from Bread and Beyond in Chewton Mendip, the meat is supplied by Bartletts of Bath, the fish from Wing St Mawes (direct to us from Cornwall within 24 hours of the landed catch). Our organic veg is provided by local Community Farms and by family run ‘A.David’. Our house wines supplied by Ed at Mendip Wines, and cheeses from specialist local supplier Longmans Cheeses.

Children's portions available, please just ask.
